This watercolor-pen & ink, by Dolores Legendre, of Lockport, Louisiana, is being used to create note cards, that will be given to attendees of a Mardi Gras ball, as a favor from the King of the hosting carnival club. The scene depicts sugar refineries owned & operated by the King's family.
